How to use :

The skin needs to stay damp and conductive for the device to work — the current can’t pass on dry skin. Use one of these as a glide medium:

✓ Aloe vera gel — the go-to: cheap, soothing, keeps the skin moist (best free option)

✓ Water-based serum or gel — any hydrating gel or hyaluronic serum works great and cares for your skin at the same time

✓ Conductive / ultrasound gel — the pro choice for the smoothest glide and strongest contact

✓ Plain water — works in a pinch, but dries fast so you’ll need to re-wet often

Then glide both heads slowly over the skin, keeping both in contact at all times. Start on the lowest setting, 5 min per area.

Avoid oils, butters and rich creams — they block the current.
